A: As your agent, we will sign all leases on your behalf, but you may have a copy of any lease on your property.

A: All rents will be collected each month by Automatic draft from tenant’s bank using a voided check or debit card authorization. This eliminates missed rent or shorted payments.

Q: How long of a lease do you sign? +
A: Most residential leases are one year. Commercial leases will usually be multiple years depending on the business.

Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant? +
A: Residential security deposits are usually one to one and a half months rent plus pet deposits.

A: Main will perform an initial property inspection and note any repairs or maintenance/services required. We will submit a proposal to the owner and once an agreement has been signed we will immediately begin work.
