A: Sorry, No. Usually we have many applicants for each property and each applicant must complete and pass the application process.
Q: Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit? +
A: You will pay the first month’s rent, plus the security deposit and any pet fees before move in.
Q: How old do you have to be to apply? +
A: The tenant on the lease must be 21 years old.
Q: Is the deposit refundable? +
A: Security deposits are refundable with in 21 days of the end of the lease minus any cost of cleaning or damage.
Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply? +
A: Please apply online
and submit the application fee of $50.
Q: How do I pay rent? +
A: All rents will be collected each month by Automatic draft from tenant’s bank using a voided check or debit card authorization.
Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do? +
A: Pets are allowed in most units unless restricted by the owner. There will be a $50 to $100 per pet fee depending on the size of the pet added to the monthly rent and the security deposit. Each tenant must be responsible for the pet’s waste and noise. If the HOA complains or assesses fines due to irresponsible pet ownership, these fees will be assessed to the tenant and/or deducted from the security deposit.
Q: I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do? +
A: Your roommate must sign a new lease and be responsible for the entire rent or find a new roommate to also sign a new lease. Without this you are responsible for the rent until the end of the lease.
Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do? +
A: 30 to 45 days prior to your move let MAIN know and we will schedule a move out date and inspection so you can receive your security deposit.
Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests? +
A: Usually the landlord is responsible for the general maintenance. However, any damage caused by the tenant will be the responsibility of the tenant.
