All rents will be collected each month by Automatic draft from tenant’s bank using a voided check or debit card authorization. Distribution of profits will be done either monthly or quarterly.
Prior to moving in there will be a walk through by the tenant and MAIN with photographs. The tenant and MAIN will sign a move in form agreeing on the condition of the home. At the six month period, MAIN will notify the tenant of an inspection of both inside and outside of the home to fix any repairs or damage. Again photographs will be taken. Regular maintenance items will be charged to the landlord. Damage by the tenant will be charged to the tenant. At move out another inspection will be made by MAIN and the tenant with photographs again agreeing on the repairs and damage if any, before the security deposit is returned.
Any owner can access their property account at any time to see the financial accounting of their property since our property management software is cloud based by logging into the “Owners“ tab on our website.
